In my English profile it looks like a call name in movie credits: "Vladimir (Merzmensch) Alexeev" In my German account the system adds "geb" to Merzmensch. "Geb." means "born", and is usually used as "née", "maiden name'. In my case it's rather literally meaning. Vladimir Alexeev born as Merzmensch.
